Maryam, I used this website: http://bloggerindraft.blogspot.com/2010/03/blogger-template-designer.html to get the 3 column template. But for the banner and background I used Adobe Photoshop. I found an image I liked and turned it into a pattern. Whereas for the banner, it's a pic of me and I just applied a filter to give it a more artistic look.
