What Would You Say to Prophet Muhammad (pbuh)? #MBRabiulawal
In conjunction with Rabiulawal 1435 and in effort to honour God's blessing which came to us in the form of a noble messenger, our beloved Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him), the Seal of the Prophets (may God be pleased with them), MuzlimBuzz would like to know...
If you had the chance, what would you say to Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him)?
Why do this? Well, to be honest, it really made me stop and think about what our beloved Prophet (pbuh) has done for us. He endured a lot of struggles, trials and tribulations to spread the message of Islam. For example, remember the Taif incident? Remember the beautiful prayer he made when he felt weak and heartbroken from the recent death of his wife of 25 years and the way the people of Taif treated him?
“O Allah! To you alone I complain my weakness, my scarcity of resources, and the humiliation I have been subjected to by people. O Most Merciful of those who have mercy! You are the Lord of the weak, and You are My Lord too.
To whom have you entrusted me? To a distant person who receives me with hostility? Or to an enemy to whom you have granted authority over my affair?
But as long as You are not angry with me, I do not care, except that Your favor is a more expansive relief to me. I seek refuge in the light of Your Face by which all darkness is dispelled and every affair of this world and the next is set right, lest Your anger or Your displeasure descend upon me. Yours is the right to reproach until You are pleased. There is no power and no might except by You.”
We need to remember his efforts and sacrifices because he did it all to make sure we would be guided in this life and spared from the eternal suffering of Jahannam. Now that's love.
Jumaah Mubarak and Assalamualaykum (peace be upon you) :)
p.s. On a totally unrelated note, my natural look was done by Rona Sutra. 100% minerals, Halal and Malaysian owned and made :)
